Responsibilities :
- Integrate different controls components such as PLC systems, SCADA systems, motion controllers, steering mechanisms, actuators, sensors etc.
- Work with the engineering team to advance automation and controls components on new and existing equipment
- Create and modify new and existing electrical schematics for engineering and production
- Develop test plans to verify machine functionality and reliability
- Support the engineering group with standards compliance, assembly, modification and documentation
- Troubleshooting of equipment by finding the root cause of failures and providing solutions to fix the problem
