Join our dynamic early-stage space startup as we expand our senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate leaders in the aerospace field. Please note that this position is subject to ITAR regulations; only applicants with US Residency or Citizenship will be considered.

Experience

  • 10 years in the space industry (prior startup experience is a plus).
  • 3 years in senior management with a demonstrated ability to build and lead teams.
  • Strong expertise in clean sheet design for advanced systems.

Education

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Aerospace Engineering.

    • Technical Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of space applications and mission-critical systems (including radiation-tolerant and multi-redundant).
  • Proficient in PCB design , Altium , NX CAD , and hardware development.
  • Experience with embedded programming in C , C , and Rust .

    • Testing & Validation

  • Hands-on experience with EMC , radiation testing , and environmental test equipment (thermal / vibration / TVAC).

    • Leadership

  • Manage 3 direct reports , with the potential to scale to 10 team members.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
