Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of mechanical engineers, ensuring successful project delivery and team development.

- Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive efficient and effective project execution.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical direction and support, mentoring team members and enhancing overall team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (required).
- 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong background in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary between $80k and $140k based on experience.
