What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Lumicity?
This position is for one of the largest Drywall subcontractors in the US Market. Candidates should maintain large scale commercial drywall experiences. Relevant fields include commercial, retail, medical/life science, mission critical, multifamily/sr. living, stucco, acoustic or metal stud experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years working drywall subcontracting work or self-performance in the commercial drywall space
- Stable work history (no job-hopping)
- Willing to relocate to Virginia for in-person work
Preferences:
- 10-15 years of PM Experience
- Ceilings, stucco, acoustic, and interior metal stud/drywall experience
- Skilled in complicated, structural projects
Compensation:
- Base pay ranges from $85,000 to $170,000, based on candidate's individual experiences and excellence
