Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at Lumicity, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting top talent with cutting-edge companies. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your clients, from sourcing and qualifying candidates to ensuring their needs and expectations are met. This role demands a mix of business development, client management, and recruitment skills.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Proactively seek out and qualify new business leads to expand Lumicity’s client base.
  • Candidate Sourcing : Identify, attract, and qualify candidates to match the needs of your clients.
  • Client Management : Oversee the recruitment process for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing their expectations.
  • Market Knowledge : Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry sector you’re working in (Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or Energy).
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster a network of opportunities.
  • Efficiency Improvement : Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
  • Your Qualifications :

  • Educational Background : A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Sales Orientation : Proven experience or a strong inclination towards sales, quotas, or goal achievement.
  • Motivation and Deadline Management : Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
