Your Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Actively seek and qualify new business opportunities to expand Lumicity's clientele.
  • Candidate Sourcing : Identify, attract, and evaluate candidates to align with client needs.
  • Client Management : Manage the recruitment process for clients, ensuring transparent communication and managing their expectations.
  • Industry Expertise : Cultivate and maintain a thorough understanding of the sector you specialize in (Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or Energy).
  • Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to create a robust network of opportunities.
  • Process Improvement : Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Your Qualifications :
