What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Mechanical Engineer position at Lumicity?
A client of mine is looking to bring on a Staff or Principal Mechanical Engineer position in the East Bay Area.
Hybrid position - 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home.
Requirements :
- 8-12 years of Mechanical Engineering experience in 6601 regulated environment
- Intensive Mechanical Design Background, with experience taking products from design through to manufacturing.
- Experience designing complex electromechanical machinery is required.
- Experienced in motion controls is desired.
- Any experience designing robust systems like vacuum chambers, drive trains, positioning systems, etc is highly desired.
