We’re seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead our team of 4-6 engineers in developing and optimizing automated testing infrastructure for cutting-edge RF technology, optoelectronics, and manufacturing processes. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration to drive innovation in semiconductor technology.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a talented team and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Develop infrastructure for DC, RF, and reliability automated testing.
• Troubleshoot and optimize advanced technologies like pHEMT, HFET, HBT, GaN HEMT, and optoelectronic devices.
• Manage testing data systems, collaborate on data analysis, and drive process improvements.

🎓 Qualifications:

• PhD/MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience (preferred).
• Expertise in automated testing and semiconductor processes.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
