Administrative Assistant
Seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist to join our fast-paced environment. You will be the heart and voice in which our clients, and employees interact with over the phone. Must possess a friendly and professional voice, and be a key player in our customer experience. Assist the General Manager and Sales & Marketing Director by performing a variety administrative and clerical duties such as meeting planning, composing correspondence and coordinating activities.
Job Summary:
• Answer phones with a cheerful, flexible and unflappable professionalism. Entails transferring calls, providing order status, tracking shipment status, payment instructions, advising local sales rep contact, website navigation/direction, and basic contact information.
• Report on nightly numbers, public folder allocations
• Monitor daily phone queue
• Lead Salesforce & Salesforce Maps training, implementation support, and ongoing administration
• Daily updating for Year to Date Inside Sales Support/Project Management Territory Activity Report
• Update A&D Rep list with territory Rep changes
• CEU administrative work and Course Monthly Statistics
• Assist General Manager and Sales and Marketing Director by performing a variety administrative and clerical duties such as meeting planning, composing correspondence and coordinating activities.
• CRM navigation as required/needed
• Apply learned skills and procedures to complete semi-routine tasks.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Previous office or corporate environment experience preferred.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• Proficient with multi-line phone system.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Physical requirements; required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Personality; friendly, diplomatic, calm, organized and detail-oriented.
