Role Description:
Lumida Wealth is seeking a highly organized and client-centric Wealth Management Client Associate to deliver exceptional client service and support our sales operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for established clients, ensuring world-class customer service and client satisfaction. You will manage client inquiries, coordinate meetings, maintain comprehensive client files, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners—including Trust and Estates leaders, Tax and Accounting firms, and our Charles Schwab relationship—to support the creation of tailored Investment Policy Statements and Family Office solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service:
- Deliver premier client service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand and internalize clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and liquidity requirements to support Investment Policy Statements and asset allocation decisions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospects and established clients, prepare agendas, and provide comprehensive follow-up notes.
- Promptly address and resolve client inquiries and service requests.
- Organize and maintain client files systematically.
- Research and propose thoughtful client gift ideas.
- Manage our Charles Schwab relationship.
Sales & Marketing Support:
- Assist in sales initiatives by creating compelling proposals for prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to roll out, monitor, and refine campaigns.
- Keep sales trackers updated, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Contribute to client service trackers and assist in updating the referral tracker to optimize business development efforts.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Work with prospects and their associated teams (e.g., bookkeepers and accountants) to collect key financial data such as balance sheets and cash flow statements, analyzing the data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Prepare insightful quarterly reviews for clients, keeping them informed about their financial status and our services.
- Analyze discovery notes to produce content mapping that addresses all client needs.
Operational Duties & Compliance Support:
- Facilitate the new account opening process, coordinating legal document signing and ensuring compliance.
- Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both sales and client service.
- Collaborate with the compliance and finance departments by providing necessary client data for evaluations and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- A relentless drive for excellence and top-1-percentile performance.
- Impeccable communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and external teams.
- Excellent presentation skills (a case study may be administered during the interview process).
- At least 2 years of experience in a Client Associate role, ideally in startup or greenfield operational environments.
- Applied knowledge of CRM systems and project management methodologies; experience with Asana is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance is required.
- Series 65 is a plus; willingness to obtain a Series 65 is a must.
