The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and will be willing to supervise incoming Physical Therapists and PTA's. This position will include private client, preschool, and working within private schools.

Requirements
- Physical Therapy (PT) Licensure in the State of Illinois
- 2-3 years of experience
- Positive attitude and a team player

- Address client’s aspects of performance to support engagement in skill development
- Select and adapt the appropriate per case physical therapy treatment model, method and approach to direct the process of interventions
- Apply interventions to maximize performance in all areas of need
- Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use
- Parent Caregiver Education
- Observe, note, and report on progress of long and short term treatment goals
- Collect data and document processes followed
- Complete notes and all paperwork in a timely fashion
- Proven working experience as physical therapist
- Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of physical therapy
- Hands-on experience with computer programs and creative media
- Familiarity with Physical Therapy evaluation tools
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities and Dx including Autism
- Current knowledge of treatment practices per discipline and drive to continually learn and grow in the profession
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- CPR certification (pre-approved online course, if not yet obtained)
- 401K w/ 3% match once eligibility requirements are met

- PTO 3.5 hours per paycheck
