Job Description :
Lumifi is seeking an organized, self-starter, and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing department to contribute to the company's continued growth. This position will support marketing activities in alignment with Lumifi's overall marketing strategy and objectives.
In addition to supporting marketing efforts, this role will also include administrative responsibilities. The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, maintaining a professional and welcoming presence from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support marketing strategies in coordination with overall marketing plan.
- Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, maintaining customer records, and coordinating communication to ensure streamlined sales operations.
- Provide event support by coordinating travel arrangements, reservations, and fulfilling other event-related requests as needed.
- Perform graphic design tasks, including creating visually appealing digital and print materials such as social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral, in alignment with the company's brand guidelines.
- Create social media content, community engagement, and campaign execution to enhance brand presence and audience interaction.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different channels, including social and email.
- Oversee ordering of office supplies, catering, and other goods as needed.
- Other marketing and job-related duties as assigned.
