Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support marketing strategies in coordination with overall marketing plan
- Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, order processing, maintaining customer records, and coordinating communication to ensure streamlined sales operations
- Provide event support by coordinating travel arrangements, reservations, and fulfilling other event-related requests as needed
- Perform graphic design tasks, including creating visually appealing digital and print materials such as social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral, in alignment with the company's brand guidelines
- Create social media content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution to enhance brand presence and audience interaction
- Write, proofread, and edit creative content across different channels, that includes social and email
- Oversee ordering of office supplies, catering and other goods as needed
- Other marketing and job-related duties as assigned
- 1 years of marketing experience
- 2 years of Adobe Creative Cloud experience
- Great communication skills
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to tackle challenges
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Having an organized and efficient manner in getting work done
- Highly motivated, organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work from the Arizona office, on-site, at the front desk
