We design, construct, install, integrate, operate, monitor and maintain a wide variety of Transportation Infrastructure Assets/Technologies for our customers and our communities. We are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Ashland, VA . Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contract Processing
- Project Set Up
- Create and send Purchase Orders
- Billings / Collections
- Project & Client Maintenance
- Project Submittals
- Lien Releases
- Answering Phones
- Change Orders / Budgets
- Subcontractor Progress Payments
- Insurance & Exempt Certificates
Education/ Experience /Requirements:
- 3-5 years administrative experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Desire and ability to learn new things
- Proficiency with spreadsheets
- Intermediate computer skills
