HCSS Systems Analyst
At Lumin8 Transportation Technologies, we are focused on the full range of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for the transportation construction and service industry. We design, construct, install, integrate, operate, monitor, and maintain a wide variety of Transportation Infrastructure Assets/Technologies for our customers and our communities.
Responsibilities:
- Timecard Management: Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily timecards. Includes audit, oversight and compliance of hours, quantities, equipment.
- Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between various departments and HCSS support for troubleshooting and process development.
- Data Accuracy: Assist in producing accurate data in Heavy Job systems and verify job costing centers and wage codes.
- Data Sync Verification: Help accounting verify data synchronization between Heavy Job and Spectrum (ERP).
- PTO Recording: Ensure PTO in ADP is accurately recorded in Heavy Job.
- Field Staff Support: Provide support and develop standard operating procedures for Field and myField applications.
- Training Development: Help develop and implement HCSS systems training.
Requirements/Preferences:
- Experience: At least one year with heavy construction project management software, preferably HCSS Heavy Job, Field, and myField applications.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of heavy civil, commercial electrical construction or other relevant construction trade.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to engage with a large team.
- Education: Associate’s degree in business or civil engineering or estimating experience given preference.
- Work Experience: Two years in heavy civil or commercial electrical construction or other relevant construction trade.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or construction management preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Details:
- Full-time, semi-remote
- Pay: $30-$35/hr.
