What You’ll Learn & Do
Phase 1: Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Learn the fundamentals of B2B and event based promotional sales while representing leading telecom brands.
- Engage directly with customers, developing sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Work in face-to-face sales environments, gaining hands-on experience in client acquisition and retention.
Phase 2: Leadership & Team Management
- Develop the skills to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Learn how to coach and motivate others while maintaining team performance standards.
- Take on responsibility for team targets and results, setting the foundation for future leadership roles.
Phase 3: Sales Campaign Management
- Planning & Strategy Development – Define campaign objectives, target audience, sales goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Campaign Execution – Oversee the implementation of sales campaigns, coordinating with marketing, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization – Track campaign performance using data analytics, adjusting strategies and tactics to maximize sales and ROI.
- Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure campaign consistency and alignment with customer needs.
- Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports on campaign success, analyzing data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and future sales opportunities.
