Your Impact as a Driver

As a Driver, you’ll play a key role in providing safe, reliable, and friendly transportation for our residents. Your responsibilities include:

• Driving Scheduled Routes & Special Outings - Transport residents to shopping, entertainment, medical appointments, worship services, and community events.
• Assisting Residents - Help residents in and out of the vehicle, ensuring safety and comfort, including handling walkers, wheelchairs, and oxygen tanks.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Safety - Conduct daily vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and follow emergency procedures when necessary.
• Engaging with Residents - Foster meaningful connections while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Supporting Community Activities - Assist with events, errands, and engaging activities to enhance the resident experience.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least one year of driving experience, preferably with larger passenger vehicles. Prior experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact with residents and team members with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
• Safety Awareness: A clean driving record and commitment to safety protocols.
• Physical Ability: Capable of assisting residents, handling mobility equipment, and maintaining overall vehicle upkeep.
• Integrity & Compassion: A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and a heart for serving seniors.
