- Take part in development and review of electrical, structural, and civil plans.
- Complete site visit to evaluate conceptual design pre-construction.
- Review equipment submittals for code, contract, and design compliance.
- Review project testing documentation for quality, accuracy, and completion.
- Work with E&C team to create engineering/calculation tools to improve group efficiency and speed.
- Review group processes in Procore and other platforms help improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- A strong collaborator and team-player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all organizational levels
- Advanced analytical problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Resourceful, confident and independent self-starter
- Proficient in computer programming
- Entering Junior year or greater of ABET accredited engineering program, Electrical/Mechanical engineering preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of Python or other comparable programming language
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
