Responsibilities Overview :
Oversee technical projects to automate business processes, aligning solutions with user needs and organizational goals, while managing vendor relationships and external contractors for application support.
Lead user training and create comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth adoption of system enhancements, collaborating with vendors to address changes and resolve issues effectively.
Manage application budgets and financial planning, delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or functionality.
Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement related to SaaS applications across departments.
Champion collaboration and alignment through stakeholder engagement, leveraging workshops, interviews, and transparent communication to translate complex business needs into actionable strategies while fostering strong relationships and managing expectations.

Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions, and assist in managing stakeholder expectations.
Excellent planning, organizational and risk management skills.
Ability to understand financial aspects of project management.
Experience in dealing with a large and diverse number of problems, often simultaneously.
Ability to work and manage projects independently.
Ability to use software for project scheduling and tracking and other PC software applications commonly used for project management.
Knowledge of Financial Applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and strict timelines
Excellent decision making, risk management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Can commute to Baltimore and New York City (Manhattan) several times a year
Basic Qualifications
Experience managing SaaS applications across multiple departments.
Strong project management skills including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of technical projects.
Expertise in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership.
Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, integrations, APIs, and cloud-based technologies relevant to SaaS platforms.
Ability to create and deliver user training sessions, as well as develop clear and comprehensive documentation.
Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience.
Experience implementing and maintaining SOX compliant IT business processes.
Experience managing Salesforce, Sirion, SimpleLegal, and / or Procore a plus.
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field
Preferred Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in IT management
Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing SaaS solutions in close partnership with key stakeholders and vendors.
