Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, and performance management
- Lead employee relations efforts, including addressing and resolving employee concerns, managing disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and supports employee engagement and well-being
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance evaluation processes
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance issues, and career development
- Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment laws
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in Real World Evidence or related fields
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and retention strategies, performance management, and employee engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and advising leaders and managers on HR-related matters
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and proactively identify and solve problems
