As An Entry Level Client Service Associate, You Will:
- Deliver personalized presentations to clients and customers, effectively showcasing our clients products and services while highlighting their features and benefits.
- Understand customers' needs, recommend the most suitable solutions, and ensure a personalized and satisfying experience.
- Work with customers to secure their information when processing any order for them
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities ensuring seamless follow-ups and reference points.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing clear and detailed answers about products and services, and ensuring a positive consumer experience.
- Assist in training new team members and maintain a professional demeanor
Entry Level Client Service Associate Skills:
- Experience in a customer service, sales, or client service experience is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine desire to help customers find solutions
- An eagerness to learn and develop new skills, with a strong motivation advance within the company
- Ability to start within the next 2 weeks
- Able to commute to our office
- Organization and time management skills

Pay: $3,480.25 - $4,191.27 per month
