Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative, young, and motivated individual to lead the creative direction of Luminate Energy. As Creative Director, you will manage our social media presence, create compelling content, and ensure our brand is represented consistently across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Google Reviews, and Yelp. A key aspect of this role is being willing to travel with the team to various states for content creation—capturing our work on-site and sharing our solar energy solutions with the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative strategies to elevate Luminate Energy’s brand presence across Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Google Reviews, and Yelp.
• Oversee content creation for social media channels, ensuring high engagement and alignment with our brand’s mission.
• Design and produce visually compelling graphics, videos, and promotional materials to communicate our work and values.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring Luminate Energy is recognized for its innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure creative direction aligns with overall company objectives.
• Lead content production, including capturing on-site imagery and videos while traveling to various states with the team to document solar installations and customer experiences.
• Mentor a small, dedicated creative team (as the company grows), and set the tone for creativity and innovation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Director, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment.
• A portfolio that showcases your creativity, design skills, and experience with social media and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).
• Experience managing social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Google Reviews, Yelp) and familiarity with analytics tools.
• A keen sense of modern, fashionable design and an understanding of what resonates with younger, socially-conscious audiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Willingness to travel with the team to multiple states to capture content and document solar installations.
• A passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and environmental impact.
• A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growing startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
