- Leading the Charge: Coordinate and oversee the production process, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Collaboration is Key: Work closely with Quality Assurance to maintain top-tier standards and resolve any production issues.
- Mentor and Train: Assist your team with training, mentoring, and understanding new technologies.
- Hands-On Work: Assemble electronic systems using rivets, bolts, soldering, and micro-welding tools.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Adjust, repair, and replace electrical components to ensure optimal performance.
- Blueprint Master: Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly.
- Quality Assurance: Perform functional tests to guarantee compliance with specifications.
- Innovate and Improve: Offer insights to enhance processes and efficiency.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 5 years in manufacturing with a solid understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Technical Know-How: Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components, assembly techniques, and mechanical tools.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team to meet production goals.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Expertise in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation with precision.
- Complex problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
