Responsibilities and Duties: Install all types of signs at customer locations. Read work order and perform work as assigned by manager. Keep detailed time card. Record materials accurately on job folders. Learn appropriate fastening/installation methods. Work safely and observe all work safety requirements. Work outdoors, year-round. Work at varying heights. Maintain and upgrade equipment as assigned, and follow safety schedules. Rare overnight travel.
Qualifications and Skills: Ability to work independently. Construction, mechanical or electrical background preferred. CDL driver’s license preferred but not required. Welding ability, electrical aptitude, excellent safety record, good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift 80 lbs. Frequent bending, twisting, climbing, crawling (sometimes in confined spaces), using hands, reaching with arms, talking, hearing, discerning color. This work features unique challenges daily, so creativity and problem-solving skills are helpful.
