Position Title: Senior Growth Media Buyer (Meta & TikTok)
Position Summary:
Are you a dynamic and data-driven media buying and growth marketing expert with a proven ability to drive performance and scale campaigns? We are seeking a talented Media Buyer/Growth Marketer to take ownership of our advertising efforts across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels including Applovin. In this role, you will lead end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting. Responsibilities:
Media Buying & Growth Marketing:
- Develop comprehensive strategies to scale campaigns efficiently, including bidding strategies, account structures, and campaign types.
- Execute the entire media buying process, from creation to optimization and performance analysis, on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and others.
- Leverage data analysis and market research to support creative and funnel development.
- Continuously explore and experiment with new growth channels and techniques.
Campaign Optimization & Performance Analysis:
- Perform daily optimization to maximize campaign efficiency, including budget adjustments, scaling, and strategic pivots.
- Analyze performance data to identify actionable insights and trends, implementing changes that drive campaign success.
- Stay informed about the latest advertising features and algorithm updates on each platform.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration:
- Partner with creative and brand teams to develop high-impact ad creatives tailored to platform nuances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Performance Marketing, Brand Management, and Analytics to align on campaign goals and strategies.
- Conduct ongoing creative testing to optimize ad performance.
Reporting & Insights:
- Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics like CAC, LTV, ROI, CPM, and CPC.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate media tracking, measurement, and attribution to evaluate campaign impact.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of media buying and growth marketing experience, ideally with a hybrid DTC/Amazon/3PL background.
- Proven track record in managing Meta, TikTok, Google, and other emerging platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing metrics and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and other performance reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
