- Lead, oversee and deliver training, development, and leadership programs to enhance staff and management effectiveness. Supervise L&OD employees.
- Design and implement non-clinical educational programs to support employee skill development and career growth.
- Ensure full compliance with Joint Commission, Federal, and State regulations and guidelines, incorporating best practices in program design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Manage and oversee organization orientation applicable to all new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Develop short- and long-term training and development goals based on comprehensive needs assessments and implement targeted programs.
- Collaborate with external consultants as needed under the guidance of the Vice President of Human Resources to enhance training programs.
- Act as an internal consultant, facilitator, and advisor to management and employees on training and development initiatives.
- Develop and oversee policies for tuition assistance, certification reimbursement, and specialized tuition programs, approving all related requests.
- Review and update Luminis Health training and education policies, intranet and published/printed materials annually to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of five years of experience in education/training program management, including at least three years of experience in program design, delivery, and evaluation with progressive supervisory responsibilities.
