Systems Analyst I - EPIC

Position Objective:

Serves as a specialist who translates business problems and requirements into information requirements and systems, acting as a liaison between information systems and the remainder of the organization. Specific responsibilities will be focused on systems and processes supporting operational and decision support systems. Functions as project facilitator evaluating and acquiring resources necessary for the timely completion of projects.

Has an understanding of LEAN principles; may participate in VSA or RIE

Issues are appropriately escalated

Follow standard operating procedures for issue, change and access management

Seeks out opportunities to expand depth of knowledge/ understanding of system(s) supporting

Attend training, conferences and/ or seminars that enhance personal growth

Educational/Experience Requirements:

The minimum level of education and experience for this position includes:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

One (1) year experience in information systems with client server application, programming or applications analysis or equivalent, such as business analysis.

Experience in information systems with client server application, programming or application analysis or equivalent may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to four years of the required education.

Strong working knowledge of application systems and analyst tools.

Required License/Certifications: 

Must obtain Epic certification in one or more modules within area of support
