Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist
Summary:
This is a full-time position offering a 15,000 sign-on bonus. As an ultrasound technologist, you will perform ultrasound procedures according to established safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasound diagnostic and routine procedures within the designated timeframe and in accordance with quality standards.
- Confer with supervisors to report equipment, staffing, and productivity issues and make recommendations on personnel matters.
- Obtain pertinent clinical data prior to sonographic examination and supervise patient preparation.
- Conduct daily calibration checks and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area.
Requirements:
- One-year program in ultrasound technology completion.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification in physics, abdomen-pelvis, Ob-Gyn by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
- American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
