About the Role:
Luminize Marketing is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support our mission of empowering Amazon sellers with effective marketing and advertising strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Account Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits of Seller and Vendor accounts to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Strategic Learning: Shadow a Brand Manager to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing comprehensive advertising and growth strategies.
- Project Execution: Follow strategy plans, execute deliverables, and delegate tasks effectively while collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Content Management: Work with internal teams to maintain and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate customer-facing information and high-quality content.
- Performance Reporting: Create and deliver results presentations for brands, using Google Slides for monthly or quarterly updates.
- Retail Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to support client success.
- Project Management: Oversee client-specific projects throughout the digital lifecycle, including resource assignment, progress monitoring, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Operational Contribution: Engage in all levels of business operations, from strategic planning to hands-on daily activities.
- Team Motivation: Inspire and motivate teams to achieve desired outcomes within tight timeframes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in brand management, with specific experience in Amazon account management; agency experience preferred.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, including best practices, trends, and tools for leveraging SEO, A content, and Stores for brand growth.
- Proven ability in abstract problem-solving with an entrepreneurial mindset and a positive, proactive approach to challenges.
- Track record of successfully managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service and results.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and crafting compelling narratives and strategies based on insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities for engaging and influencing stakeholders.
