Overview : As an admission nurse, you'll conduct comprehensive patient assessments, facilitate seamless admission procedures, and deliver compassionate care coordination, ensuring the best support for hospice patients and their families.

Responsibilities :

Coordinates and oversees all aspects of new patient admissions

Collaborates with patient care teams to ensure seamless communication

Educates families on patient condition, needs, and care

Performs head-to-toe physical assessments

Timely and accurately completes documentation

Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

Admission Nurse Requirements :

Current RN license in the state of MO

Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance

Current CPR and BCLS certification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Hospice care : 2 years

Job Type : Full-time; Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
