Job overview : Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice RN Triage 7on / 7off (Remote) to join our team. As an Hospice RN Triage 7on / 7off (Remote), you will be responsible for providing quality phone triage to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing triage for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the on call RN if a visit is needed.
