Job Title: Patient Services Driver
Schedule: Monday- Friday with the option to pick up weekend deliveries for extra "shift/run" pay

The primary function of the Patient Services Driver is to ensure the timely and professional delivery
of essential items to patients within designated service areas. This role requires a reliable and
safety-conscious driver who is comfortable interacting with patients and families while maintaining
professionalism.
Delivery & Transport
- Ensure timely and professional delivery of essential items to patients
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and follow company procedures
- Communicate with patients and families in a courteous manner
Vehicle & Route Management
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
- Plan and optimize delivery routes as needed
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Compliance & Communication
- Follow all company policies regarding transportation and patient interaction
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or concerns to management
- Maintain confidentiality
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Licensure:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Certified Medication Aide
Experience:
- Previous experience in healthcare, logistics, or customer service preferred
- Experience in a hospice or home health setting is a plus
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable driving in designated territories
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and uphold company policies
Transportation:
- Company vehicle provided
Environmental and Working Conditions:
- Requires driving in varying weather and traffic conditions
- Some exposure to patient environments, requiring professionalism and discretion
- Flexibility to work optional weekend shifts for additional pay
Physical and Mental Effort:
- Prolonged driving and sitting required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Requires attention to detail, focus, and adaptability in changing circumstances
