Schedule: Friday 5pm - Monday at 8am

Job overview: Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join our team. As the weekend On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients on the weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.
Requirements:- Active RN license in the state of OK
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, hospice preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Specialized skills preferred in palliation and end-of-life
- Reliable transportation; valid auto liability insurance and driver's license
