We are looking for driven, motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Appointment Setters. In this commission-based role, you'll be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, interacting with potential clients, and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them discover the exceptional construction solutions that Luminous Builders offers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods to introduce Luminous Builders to potential clients
- Set and qualify appointments for our sales team with residential and commercial prospects
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and appointments
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals

Requirements:
