STRATEGIC ROLE SUMMRY:
The Floor Care Specialist will experience a new job site and meet new clients everyday working to make a difference through cleaning floors, upholstery or rugs. If you enjoy making clients happy and seeing the results of your work then this position is for you.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Learn about different floor types and their cleaning methods
- Utilize the very latest and best cleaning equipment and solutions in the area
- Meet with new and existing clients to provide solutions for their in home or business surface cleaning needs
- Create estimates, invoices and collect payment
- Maintain the cleanest work vehicle and equipment
- Follow a vehicle load list checklist to ensure proper supplies and equipment for each job
Qualifications and Skills
- You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and handle physical workload
- Good attention to detail
- Must be able to be able work independently or with a partner
- Must have excellent communication skills with clients and employer
- Able to use Apps on smartphone/tablet for clocking in and out and completing jobs
- Previous experience with floor care/maintenance is a plus but NOT required
- Willingness to work evening and weekend hours
