Project Coordinator

Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and monitoring the progress of various projects in the manufacturing space. This role requires meticulous scheduling and progress monitoring to ensure timely completion. The Project Coordinator will work closely with management, engineers, the CFO, and other stakeholders to keep everyone informed about project timelines, issues, and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software, specifically experience using "Wrike" is required. (Proficiency in other tools like MS is preferred in addition to Wrike).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to commute to Jordan, MN daily.

Primary Duties

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against goals.
• Evaluate processes and monitor compliance with project requirements.
• Keep all parties informed of timeline information, problems encountered, and other relevant updates.
• Bring issues, including potential problems or schedule delays, to management's attention as soon as possible.
• Track and report on performance and progress toward project goals.
• Monitor supplier performance, working closely with the purchasing department to track dates and address issues.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used in projects.
• This position is onsite Monday-Friday in Jordan, MN

* This is a PERMANENT FULL TIME, DIRECT HIRE position with a great company in Jordan, MN (on Hwy 169 just south of Chaska/Shakopee, west of Lakeville).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

• No nights
• No weekends
