Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic company operating in the real estate and finance sectors. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s schedule, tasks, and priorities are managed efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Scheduling & Calendar Management:
•
Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
•
Prioritize time-sensitive matters and ensure seamless coordination across business and personal commitments.
2.
Event Planning & Coordination:
•
Plan and execute events, such as business meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
•
Liaise with vendors, venues, and attendees to ensure flawless execution.
3.
Administrative Support:
•
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
•
Handle email management and follow-ups to ensure timely communication.
•
Maintain an organized filing system for documents, contracts, and invoices.
4.
Travel Arrangements:
•
Book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
•
Anticipate and address travel-related needs or complications.
5.
Project Assistance:
•
Provide support on real estate and financial projects, including research and data management.
•
Track progress and deadlines for ongoing business initiatives.
6.
Personal Errands & Tasks:
•
Handle personal errands and tasks as requested to enable the CEO to focus on business priorities.
Requirements
•
Experience:
•
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably in real estate or finance.
•
Skills:
•
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•
High attention to detail and accuracy.
•
Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
