We are eager to round out our strong sales team with an exceptional Sales Representative with proven experience (3 years) in growing existing business and exploring new sales opportunities through E-Commerce and Digital Sales. Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain relationships with marine dealers and online resellers to drive sales and market penetration.
- Support Amazon and e-commerce sales, including optimizing listings, improving product visibility, and monitoring pricing compliance.
- Assist dealers in promoting Lumitec products, ensuring brand consistency and marketing effectiveness.
- Educate dealers on Lumitec’s product offerings and key selling points.
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and close business.
- Think and plan strategically to expand and create new business opportunities.
- Exceed expected sales activities through appointments and follow-up.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A “customer first” approach to sales and business management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- A Self-starter with demonstrated strong work ethic and follow through.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce.com, and internet research.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years outside business-to-business territory /field sales experience with proven success.
- Experience selling a technical consumer product.
- Prior marine industry sales experience is preferred.
- Boating experience is a plus.
