The Manager, Compensation Programs will administer and enhance our compensation programs. This role will be responsible for administering salary structures, incentive programs, and equity-based compensation plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with equity compensation, and the ability to collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams.

This role will be responsible for administering salary structures, incentive programs, and equity-based compensation plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with equity compensation, and the ability to collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of equity programs and performance-based equity awards.
- Processing equity grants, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting employees with equity-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to equity compensation. Assist with the preparation of equity-related reporting.
Support audits and compliance reviews related to equity compensation. - Partner with HR, finance, and legal teams to manage equity grants, vesting schedules, and employee communications.
- Administer and manage compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, retention bonuses, etc.
- Manage the on-going administration of the Job Structure.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of compensation frameworks, salary structures, and incentive plans.
- Support annual and ad-hoc compensation reviews, including pay equity analysis.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation trends, total rewards programs, and equity utilization.
- Educate employees and leadership on compensation policies, equity plans, and best practices.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 5 years of experience in global compensation programs, equity plan management, compensation analysis, benchmarking, etc. with a strong knowledge of international compensation practices.
- Must have experience managing and administering a global equity plan.
- Knowledge and experience with country equity award laws and tax requirements related to equity vesting.
- Experience in partnership with finance, legal, tax and audit to ensure full compliance with equity and compensation programs
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Preparation of Board materials is a plus.
Skills Required:
- Previous global equity plan management and administration.
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and data interpretation skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools (e.g., Workday, ADP, PayScale).
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodology, incentive plans, building compensation ranges, etc.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.
