About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced OSP Build Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our Outside Plant organization, you will be responsible for leading the execution of OSP network builds, ensuring safe completion of projects within budget, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing CAPEX, OPEX, and inventory tracking to ensure accurate progress and timely completion of projects.
- Developing and implementing processes to improve project efficiency and quality.
- Collaborating with various utility partners and associated pole, aerial, etc., teams to carefully plan and execute necessary objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven project management skills.
- Safe driving record.
