The Role

As Sponsorship and Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the voice of Lumos in securing high-profile sponsors who want to be part of an elite program designed to shape the future of business scaling. You will work closely with our founder and leadership team to identify key sponsors, craft customized sponsorship packages, and drive deals with industry leaders.

This is a rare opportunity to work with global brands, groundbreaking AI technology, and visionary business leaders who are at the forefront of their industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target High-Profile Leads: Identify, research, and approach potential sponsors and partners that align with our high standards and values.
  • Strategic Outreach & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with top-level decision-makers, including CEOs, CMOs, and other key executives.
  • Create and Pitch Custom Sponsorship Packages: Tailor sponsorship opportunities to the specific needs and priorities of each sponsor, ensuring that Lumos’ offerings align with their strategic goals.
  • Close Sponsorship Deals: Drive the negotiation and closure of high-value sponsorships, ensuring that Lumos and its partners benefit mutually.
  • Reporting and Collaboration: Regularly update the team on progress, challenges, and new opportunities. Collaborate on adjusting packages and solutions to best suit potential sponsors.

  • No Prior Experience Required: While experience in partnerships or sponsorships is helpful, it’s not a requirement. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and has a natural ability to connect with people.
