About the Position
We are seeking an Education Administration Executive to lead our academic programs and provide strategic leadership for all instructional programs, including both credit and non-credit. This role will require a master's degree in an academic discipline, workforce development, higher education administration, or a related field from an accredited institution; enrollment in a doctoral program is required (Doctorate preferred).
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of six years of progressively responsible leadership in higher education, workforce development, continuing education, or a related field. Experience in developing partnerships with employers, workforce agencies, and community organizations to enhance career pathways and economic development is also highly desirable.

- Maintains and builds relationships with community and other institutions to benefit students and programs.
