We are seeking for a Java Programmer / Developer role in Austin, TX.
Hybrid - 2x a week onsite
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Under the guidance of technical architects and leads, this full-stack developer will be responsible for developing, integrating, and testing web applications in React and Node.js frameworks and rest applications/microservices using Java Spring/Core and Hibernate. This person developer should be skilled in databases and able to understand and write complex database queries.
This developer should be able to work in a multi-scrum team environment and have good communication and interpersonal skills and may assist in researching, architecting, designing, prototyping, troubleshooting, mentoring, directing, load testing, code quality checking, application security conformation, and other technical areas. They may also assist in developing, maintaining, and supporting applications using Java technologies.
This developer may serve as technical lead in one or more areas and help integrate and verify code that is built by internal and external teams.
Minimum Requirements:
7 years of Hands-on experience in the development of applications using the Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) Platform
7 years of experience in Spring Framework
Java RESTful web services using JSON
Agile methodology
Unit and System testing of code
JPA, Hibernate or equivalent
Oracle Database or equivalent
React.js, Node.js, Redux
Preferred skills:
GitLab
Maven or Ansible
Reporting using Jasper or PowerBI
Jersey or equivalent
ThymeLeaf or equivalent
Visual Studio Code
