We are looking for a Project Lead for a long-term contract opportunity in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance to Project Managers in documenting plans, schedules, status reports, meetings, and change requests.
- Collaborate directly with project managers to implement project goals and ensure timely execution.
- Offer regular status updates on assigned tasks to other project managers.
- Work with project-related data to support project execution.
- Assist in coordinating tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support test coordination efforts, including System Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Contribute to the planning, development, and coordination of communications.
- Help with the planning, development, and coordination of training activities.
- Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings, taking notes and communicating results, action items, and decisions to relevant stakeholders.
