Position Overview:

As a Live-In Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you will provide essential personal care, companionship, and household support to seniors in their homes. Your role is vital in ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being while allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
✔ Medication Reminders & Monitoring: Ensure clients take medications as prescribed and report any changes in health
✔ Household Support: Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and errands (groceries, etc)
✔ Companionship & Emotional Support: Engage in meaningful conversations, hobbies, and recreational activities
✔ Safety & Emergency Response: Monitor for fall risks, respond to emergencies, and follow safety protocols
✔ Live-In Support: Provide continuous care while respecting the client's privacy and maintaining professional boundaries

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Previous experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver (preferred)
✔ A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to follow a care plan and work under supervision
✔ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (preferred)
✔ CPR certification and auto liability insurance (preferred)

Live-In Specifics:
● Providing continuous care and support while residing in the client's home. 
● Respecting the client's privacy and maintaining professional boundaries. 
● Following the agreed upon schedule for breaks and time off.
