What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flex Delivery Driver position at Luna Delivery, INC.?
We are looking for local delivery drivers in the Ocala area to deliver packages out of their own vehicles. This position is part-time and can be scheduled with flexible or set times. It is perfect for gig-economy workers who are looking to optimize their earning potential or anyone who has spare time and wants to earn extra money!
Drivers are employees of the company (not 1099 contractors) and are compensated per hour. No additional compensation will be made for personal vehicles or equipment. Payments are made by direct deposit each Friday.
Drivers must own a mid- to large-sized passenger vehicle in good condition to accommodate the packages and an iPhone or Android smartphone for the delivery app. Pickup trucks may be used but require a bed cover that can be securely locked. Vehicles must be less than 15 years old and have current insurance. Vehicle owners are required to sign a sub-lease agreement with the company.
