- Your Role in a Nutshell
As our Recruiter, you’ll be the face of talent acquisition for both our restaurants and RSC (Restaurant Support Center) teams. You’ll partner with hiring managers, dream up creative sourcing strategies, and find humans who embody the Luna vibe. If you geek out over culture fit, candidate experience, and scaling teams with purpose—you’ll love this role.
- What You’ll Be Doing
Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer managementCollaborate with District Managers Department Heads to forecast staffing needsCreate and optimize job posts that actually get clicksSource top talent across platforms (LinkedIn, really, social, networking events, referrals—you name it)Build and maintain a diverse, future-ready talent pipelineProvide coaching and partnership to hiring managers so they become recruiting championsAnalyze data and recruitment metrics to constantly improve our processExplore and recommend recruiting tools and tech to automate & elevateRepresent Luna Grill at job fairs, professional groups, and other cool industry eventsBe a candidate experience wizard—we want every applicant to walk away saying “WOW”!
- What You Bring to the Table
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (hospitality background = * bonus points)You know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter, really, ATS systems & job boardsTech-savvy, organized, and a pro multi-taskerStrong intuition for people and culture fit—you just get itFluent in English (Spanish is a big plus!)Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceA naturally curious, resourceful, and driven humanYou love people. You’re approachable, authentic, and a true team player
