Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling all aspects of workers' compensation defense cases from inception through resolution. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys and clients while managing a manageable caseload and enjoying a supportive and collegial work environment.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum 1-5 years of workers' compensation defense experience preferred (open to more senior candidates as well).
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
