Workers' compensation defense firm looking for a Paralegal with at least two years of experience. Must have Paralegal Certificate or Degree and be able to assist attorney with all aspects handling cases. This includes drafting settlement documents, client communication, drafting correspondence and pleadings, legal research, preparation for depositions, and walk-through of settlement documents.
