As our Growth Marketing Lead, you will oversee our existing marketing efforts while expanding into new channels. We're looking for something with the analytical chops and creative to create a true portfolio of growth tactics. This role requires a hands-on approach with the opportunity to lead marketing initiatives and build a scalable growth strategy.
The Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize our existing Google Ads campaigns to ensure efficient budget allocation and ROI.
- Identify, test, and scale new channels, including LinkedIn, retargeting, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Utilize AI to orchestrate scalable and personalized growth efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, leads, and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to building a strong marketing foundation that can scale as the business grows.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, retargeting strategies, and cold outreach tools.
- Passion for AI and utilizing the latest technologies to develop an edge.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – excited to experiment, iterate, and take ownership of growth initiatives.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
